Our original award winning sauce. Williamsburg style is named for Williamsburg County, S.C. where we are famous for our vinegar based BBQ. Although much of S.C. has been deemed a mustard-based state, that's not the case here.

Tip: When barbecuing with one of our sauces, cook the meat until done. Then Brush or dip the meat in the sauce and put back on grill for 5-10 minutes on indirect heat or very low heat until sauce caramelizes.
